Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BA experience or similar role.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Experience in writing clear, structured documentation (user stories, use cases, BRDs).
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (Griffy, Visio).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Break down large, ambiguous problems into smaller, well-defined tasks or use cases.
• Create process flows, user stories, functionalspecifications, and other artifacts.
• Translate business needs into logical, structured, and actionable requirements.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to uncover root causes.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and data analysis as needed.
• Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
