Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for their Australia operations in WA. The role focuses on eliciting requirements, facilitating workshops, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.

You will define project milestones, assist in project planning, and help manage both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Business Analysis, strong MS Office/SharePoint/Visio/Jira/Confluence experience, and excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis (over 5 years of experience).
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Experience in using MS Office suite, SharePoint, Visio, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience/knowledge on managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning, budgets, forecasting and status reporting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiatinginformation

• Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases andelements.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving allrelevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Assist with the development of detailed and comprehensive project plans
• Report and escalation as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and their expectationsaccordingly

• Conflict management - Identify differences in understanding and issues as theyarise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed
