Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited (MMAL) is seeking a data‑driven Vehicle Operations analyst to support retail and fleet sales performance across Australia. You will analyse sales data, identify trends, and turn information into insights that guide business decisions.

You will work with Regional Sales teams and internal stakeholders to understand performance drivers, opportunities, and needs, while building commercial capability through key sales planning projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in an analytical, sales support or commercial reporting role with data interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify trends and opportunities.
• Confidence communicating data and insights to stakeholders clearly.
• A relationship‑focused approach to build credibility across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse retail and fleet sales performance and identify key trends and opportunities
• Prepare and present reports, insights and observations to support decision-making
• Work closely with Regional Sales teams to understand performance drivers and business needs
• Assist with dealer engagement initiatives, including reward and recognition programs
• Support sales planning activities, projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the ongoing development of reporting tools, processes and business insights
