Preferred candidates have 5+ years as a BA in operations, manufacturing, or finance, ERP experience in manufacturing, and strong writing skills. ABN is required.

Inturing is an Australian automation and data consultancy. We are running a two-year business improvement program for an industrial group and are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time contract.

You will run department-by-department reviews, work out where time, rework and margin are being lost, score improvement opportunities, and write short, clear requirements and business cases for our build team. You will work with department heads and the finance team, so being comfortable with a P&L and putting a dollar figure on a process problem helps.

Five or more years as a BA in operations, manufacturing, supply chain or finance back office

Hours: 2 to 3 days a week for the first six weeks, then 1 to 2. Start week of 9 November 2026.

Location: ideally on site several days a week during department reviews. Newcastle and the lower Hunter are preferred; Central Coast and Sydney are welcome if you can travel. Remote otherwise.

You will work as part of the Inturing team, with an Inturing email address and access to the tools we use, such as Claude, Notion and monday.com. A full role brief is available on request.
