Bendigo Health is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office on an ongoing full-time basis. The role focuses on technology projects, capturing current processes, identifying gaps, and working with stakeholders to drive regional alignment and successful change outcomes.

You will collaborate with Loddon Mallee Shared Services teams to deliver improvements, with flexible hybrid work options.

The Position

Classification: HS4 - HS29
Salary per annum (exc. super):$110,000 to $120,000 (including over award allowance)
Hours per fortnight: 76 Hours
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time

Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office, this role will work primarily on technology projects. The role will work with individual health services to capture existing business processes, identify inconsistencies, work with stakeholders to achieve regional alignment and successful project and business change outcomes.

The role will also work closely with the Loddon Mallee Shared Services Technical Operational teams to achieve results.

The Business Analyst will require strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with key stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities, proposing changes to work practices to achieve results. The role will bridge the gap between stakeholder needs and the outcomes of the project.

The Loddon Mallee Shared Services

Loddon Mallee Shared Services provides ICT services to all health services currently within the Loddon Mallee network. The services LMSS provide can range from ICT helpdesk, implementation and management of approved applications to consolidating regional platforms with dedicated support teams.
