Job summary

Kinetic is seeking experienced Business Analysts for a large transformation program across Payroll, HR and Finance. You will analyse processes, document requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, develop project documentation and facilitate workshops to deliver effective solutions.

This is a 12-month max-term full-time contract. Join us to help implement new processes, monitor outcomes, map processes, and identify benefits and risks across the program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy analysis for business requirements, developing process maps and conducting gap-analysis and impact assessments for business improvement.
• Ability to communicate with all stakeholders internal and external to the organisation.
• Strong analytic skills with ability to develop and deliver business process-mapping to support project and small initiative implementation.
• Previous experience working in complex multi-vendor environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.

The opportunity:

At Kinetic we are currently embarking on a large transformation program and looking for experienced Business Analysts across key projects including Payroll, HR and Finance. We are looking for professionals to analyse business processes, document requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop project documentation. You will facilitate meetings, assist in implementing new processes, monitor solutions, identify benefits, manage risks, support testing, and deliver business process mapping. This is a max term full-time contract for 12 months.

What you'll be doing:
