Job summary

Kinetic in Melbourne is seeking experienced Business Analysts for a 12-month max-term contract across payroll, HR and finance projects. You will analyse business processes, document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver detailed project documentation.

• Develop and deliver business process mapping to support project and small initiative implementation (service delivery BAU initiatives)

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in strategy analysis for business requirements, developing process maps and conducting gap-analysis and impact assessments for business improvement.
• Ability to communicate with all stakeholders internal and external to the organisation.
• Strong analytic skills with ability to develop and deliver business process-mapping to support project and small initiative implementation.
• Previous experience working in complex multi-vendor environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and methodologies.
• Knowledge of HSEQ systems
• ISO Compliance
