Job summary

Talent in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead discovery, gather requirements and map current processes across utilities IT and OT projects.

You will translate business and operational needs into actionable specifications, work with IT teams, operators and vendors on system integration and data improvements, and support options assessments, UAT and implementation readiness in mixed Agile and Waterfall environments, with on-site involvement as required.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis experience.
• Utilities industry experience, with exposure to IT and OT technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience documenting processes, data and integration requirements.
• Comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall environments and attending operational sites as required.
