Job summary

IT Alliance in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney is seeking a capable Business Analyst for Federal Government initiatives. You will analyze health, regulatory or compliance programs and work with D365 CRM, Java, and Power Pages to inform decisions.

Responsibilities include GAP analysis, creating Visio diagrams of products, channels, and data flows, and helping shape a roadmap with SMEs, Product Owners and Architects as requirements evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in health, regulatory or compliance programs.
• Experience with D365 CRM, Java, or Power Pages is a plus.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform GAP analysis of current systems and present them in a Visio Diagram covering products, channels, stakeholders, system and data flow.
• Help build a product roadmap with SMEs, Product Owners and Architects and maintain the roadmap as new requirements arise.
• Collaborate with federal government stakeholders to support strategy, process improvements and operational decisions.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Business Analyst in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated Business Analyst experience in Health, Regulatory or Compliance programs, or D365 CRM, Java, Power Pages systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
