Job summary

Ultimate Bullbars is seeking a Vehicle Accessory Fitter to join our team in Narangba, Queensland. This hands-on role installs bullbars and accessories on a range of vehicle makes and models, on-site at our Narangba facility and off-site at customer locations.

You will work independently, manage your time effectively, and uphold our high safety and quality standards while representing the company during installations.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle accessory fitting, mechanical work or related field is advantageous but not essential; training is provided.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure every installation meets or exceeds our high-quality standards.
• Autonomous Work: Manage your time effectively to complete tasks unsupervised and efficiently to a high standard.
• Customer Interaction: Represent our company professionally while engaging with customers during on-site installations.
• Health & Safety: Maintain and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in vehicle accessory fitting, mechanical work, or a related field is advantageous but not essential – we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Skills: A strong attention to detail, love for hands‑on work, and the ability to work independently whilst maintaining our values of honesty, integrity and reliability.

Qualifications: A trade qualification is favourable but not required.
