Job summary

Reef City Motors in Gladstone, part of the Tony White Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Accessory Fitter to join our workshop. You’ll fit genuine and aftermarket accessories across a range of new and used vehicles, with a focus on safety and quality.

Training and development are provided, and a permanent full-time role includes employee discounts and ongoing manufacturer training. Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

• Accessory fitting experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fit and install genuine and aftermarket accessories across a wide range of new and used vehicles.
• Install bull bars, tow bars, canopies, roof racks, electric brake controllers, driving lights, UHF radios and other enhancements.
• Complete installations safely, accurately and to manufacturer specifications.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure accessories are fitted correctly and vehicles present well.
• Diagnose and resolve fitting or installation issues.
• Work with Service, Parts and Sales teams to meet customer and dealership requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.

ABOUT US:

As part of the Tony White Group, Reef City Motors is a leading automotive dealership in Gladstone, representing a wide range of vehicle brands.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accessory Fitter to join our team. If you’re hands-on, take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you. Previous accessory fitting experience is advantageous, but not essential — the right attitude and work ethic are!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fit and install genuine and aftermarket accessories across a wide range of new and used vehicles.

Install accessories such as bull bars, tow bars, canopies, roof racks, electric brake controllers, driving lights, UHF radios, tray accessories and other vehicle enhancements.

Complete all installations safely, accurately and to manufacturer specifications.

Carry out quality checks to ensure all accessories are fitted correctly, and vehicles are presented to a high standard.

Diagnose and resolve fitting or installation issues as required.

Work closely with the Service, Parts and Sales teams to meet customer and dealership requirements.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
