Job summary

One Solution Building Services Pty Ltd in Brisbane seeks an experienced Insurance Repair Supervisor to drive quality repairs from assessment to completion. You will lead teams, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate client, subcontractor and internal communications to exceed expectations.

Key requirements include a QBCC Supervisor Licence (or eligibility), strong construction knowledge, and a valid Queensland Driver's Licence.

Qualifications

• Strong construction knowledge; trade background valued.
• QBCC Supervisor Licence or eligibility to obtain.
• Valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident using computer-based project management systems.
• Flexibility to assist with emergency event responses (occasional travel).
• Professional manner with strong work ethic and team orientation.

You'll be the driving force behind quality insurance repairs, managing projects from assessment through to completion. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure clients and customers receive exceptional service while coordinating teams, budgets and timelines to deliver results that exceed expectations.

The Work
