Job summary

McMahon Services in Darwin, NT, is seeking a Building Site Manager to lead all site activities and partner with the Project Management team. The role calls for delivering projects on time and to budget, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

You will oversee on-site teams, promote safety, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive value through effective planning and performance management on diverse projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management and project delivery within construction.
• Trade qualified or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of construction programs and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain a defence clearance.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing leadership on all site activities in a close relationship and collaboration with the Project Management team. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget.

This role is based in Darwin, NT - Relocation assistance available for the right candidate

What You Will Do:
