Job summary

Afterpay Arena in Sydney is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Assets Manager, you will coordinate maintenance and operation of the Arena's building services, plant, equipment and infrastructure, supporting the safe and seamless delivery of concerts, sporting events and live entertainment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building services, facilities management or building maintenance.
  • Knowledge of BCMS, FMX and asset management systems.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, service providers and suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Holds a current NSW Driver’s Licence.
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and event days when required.

  • Coordinate post-event inspections and damage reporting.
  • Support event operations and deputise for the Assets Manager when required.
