Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager for Afterpay Arena in Sydney. You will coordinate maintenance and operation of building services, assets and infrastructure to ensure safe, seamless concert, sports and live event delivery.

Reporting to the Assets Manager, you’ll manage preventative/reactive maintenance, asset registers, post-event inspections and support sustainability initiatives, while coordinating with contractors and the arena’s cleaning and operations

Qualifications

• Experience in building services, facilities management or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of BCMS, FMX and asset management systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors, service providers and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills.
• Holds a current NSW Driver’s Licence.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and event days when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across the Arena.
• Manage the asset register and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and operate building systems, including BCMS, electrical, lighting and refrigeration.
• Assist with the management of Presentation Services operations by working closely with Arena's contracted cleaning service provider.
• Support utilities, sustainability and environmental initiatives.
• Assist with capital works and maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate asset, maintenance and compliance records.
• Coordinate post-event inspections and damage reporting.
• Support event operations and deputise for the Assets Manager when required.

Afterpay Arena is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join our Operations team.

Reporting to the Assets Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and operation of the Arena’s building services, plant, equipment and infrastructure, supporting the safe and seamless delivery of concerts, sporting events and live entertainment.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who:
