Job summary

CSR DesignLINK seeks a dynamic Technical Building Products Engineer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Wetherill Park. You will provide technical support to stakeholders across CSR brands and resolve project-specific enquiries, reporting to the Solutions Team Lead & Senior Technical Engineer.

You will work with senior engineers, ensure NCC compliance, and translate complex requirements into practical building solutions across multiple product categories.

Qualifications

• Experience in building products or related sectors.
• Knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience across multiple product categories and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support across CSR Brands for products and systems to stakeholders.
• Work with CSR Field, Specification and Sales teams to ensure correct recommendations and installations.
• Ensure recommendations comply with NCC and relevant standards.
• Generate system improvement ideas and collaborate to develop new solutions.
