You will analyse building records, prepare supporting documentation for enforcement actions, and contribute to the overall compliance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and reports on the interpretation of the Building Act, Regulations, National Construction Code and Australian Standards to achieve a reasonable level of compliance.
• Analyse data on the building records and prepare documentation to support the enforcement strategy for contraventions of the Building Act and Regulations.
