Job summary

A1 Certifier Pty is seeking a Building Certifier (Level 1, 2 or 3) for Brisbane Bayside. You will assess, inspect, and make certification calls with strong admin support and automated workflows.

The role leverages on-site inspections, with reports and forms prepared on site to keep you focused on decisions. Bring a QBCC Building Certifier licence (Level 1-3), 3+ years of certification experience, Class 1/10 assessment experience or 2-9 preferred, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Current QBCC Building Certifier licence (Level 1, 2 or 3) required.
• 3+ years' certification experience.
• Class 1 and 10 assessment and inspection experience or 2-9 preferred.
• Driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Assess building projects and issue certification decisions.
• Perform site inspections and assessments to verify compliance.
• Utilise inspection software and complete on-site reports.

Education

QBCC Building Certifier licence (Level 1, 2 or 3)

3+ years' certification experience

Class 1 and 10 assessment and inspection experience or 2-9 preferred
