Job summary

Master Builders Queensland is seeking experienced Casual Trainers and Assessors to deliver the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC40120) and other construction qualifications across Queensland.

Roles are casual, face-to-face and require travel to training venues. You must hold the relevant qualification to deliver, possess vocational industry experience, and demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Hold the qualification (or relevant units) you wish to deliver.
• Be able to demonstrate vocational competency and current industry experience.
• Have substantial construction industry experience for building qualifications.
• Possess one of: TAE40116, TAE40122, or a Diploma/higher in Adult Education.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC40120) face-to-face across Queensland.
• Deliver or assess other listed courses when qualified, across multiple venues.
• Travel to and attend training venues as required.
• Engage learners, assesscompetency and provide constructive feedback.

As a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO 30097), we are seeking experienced and passionate Casual Trainers and Assessors to join our team across Queensland.

Our immediate focus is on finding industry professionals who can deliver the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC40120), helping develop the next generation of builders and construction professionals.

We are also welcoming expressions of interest from Trainers and Assessors qualified to deliver the following courses:

• Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC50220)
• Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC60220)
• Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (CPC31420)
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419)
• Certificate IV in Project Management Practice (BSB40920)
• Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820)
• Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420)
• Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520)

Training is delivered face-to-face across our Queensland locations, therefore successful candidates must be willing and able to travel to and attend training venues as required.

To join our team of trainers, you must:
