Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Medical Oncology Clinical Trials Coordinator to support the conduct of cancer trials at Royal North Shore Hospital.

You will ensure trials are conducted in accordance with protocol, policy, ethical requirements and Good Clinical Practice to produce high quality data, while coordinating site activities and communicating with investigators, patients and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Ability to organise self and prioritise workload.
• Understanding Privacy Legislation related to Medical Records.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience in Clinical Trial Management.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, EMR, ARIA).
• Understanding of research methodologies.

Employment Type: Temporary Full Time until 16 February 2028 (with the possibility of ongoing employment)

Remuneration: $1,750.26 - $2,328.48 per week

Ensuring research is conducted in accordance with the protocol policy, legislation, ethical requirements and guidelines for Good Clinical Practice to achieve high quality data for research.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

• Demonstrated understanding of Privacy Legislation related to Medical Records
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Previous experience in Clinical Trial Management
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Work, EMR, ARIA)
• Understanding of research methodologies.
