Charlotte Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up to lead our brunch and elevated café dining. You’ll shape seasonal menus, mentor a busy kitchen team and drive quality, pace and presentation across venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy, quality brunch kitchens.
• Able to lead hands-on kitchens and maintain high standards during service.
• Strong understanding of elevated café dining and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine seasonal brunch and lunch menus.
• Lead by example during service, maintaining quality, pace and consistency.
• Train and support chefs and cooks, building skills and confidence.
• Develop clear recipes, prep systems and plating standards across venues.
• Manage ordering, stock, food costs and waste.
• Maintain strong food safety and kitchen organisation standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve food offerings and operations.
