Use your lending knowledge without chasing sales targets! As a Broker Support Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless loan processing for our valued accredited brokers, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships that position Beyond Bank as their go-to financial partner. You’ll own each loan file from lodgement to settlement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely outcomes while keeping Brokers informed every step of the way. With your deep knowledge of mortgage lending and knack for multitasking, you’ll help shape positive lending experiences that inspire trust and advocacy.
As a Broker Support Officer, you will join a dynamic team of finance professionals, who deliver outstanding personalised service to our broker partners. In this role, we continually grow Beyond Bank’s footprint in the community. The broker team deliver incremental growth to the bank by delivering high volumes of new business, and new to bank members, helping the bank achieve its annual goals.
