Soho Financial is seeking a motivated individual for the Broker Associate / ParaBroker role in Adelaide. This full-time position offers hands-on training and exposure to the full loan process, under the guidance of a top broker.

No mortgage experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, mentorship and real-world deal exposure. You’ll develop client-facing skills and a path to becoming a fully qualified broker.

Soho Financial is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team. Perfect for school leavers, university students or career changers, no mortgage experience is required - we'll train you from the ground up.

You’ll work directly alongside one of South Australia's top-performing brokers, gaining hands-on experience across the full loan process while developing the skills to build a career in mortgage broking.

The Role

• Prepare and package loan applications
• Attend client meetings alongside the broker
• Manage documentation, follow-ups and lender communication
• Provide administrative and client support
• Learn credit assessment, product selection and deal structuring
