• Grade 12 education is required.

• Working hours are irregular and include weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, lead and control all duties to meet production standards.
• Manage all labour issues to ensure staff contribute to company objectives.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene and biosecurity standards.
• Manage all resources to maximize company benefit.
• Implement and manage 20 Keys principles, risk and safety.
