• Ensure biosecurity, health & safety, environmental and animal welfare procedures are followed across the farms.
• Cover Farm Manager duties during leave.

Support management of maintenance programs for all plant equipment and infrastructure.

Contribute to always maintaining a high level of farm presentation.

Ensuring biosecurity, health and safety, environmental and animal welfare procedures and standards are always met and adhered to across the farms.

This role will be responsible for the Farm Manager’s duties when they are on leave.

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

Previous supervisory/leadership experience in a process driven environment.

Previous experience with cattle station is advantageous.

Highly developed communication and people management skills.

Proactive, organised, and committed to promoting a positive culture.
