Job summary

Seven Media Group is seeking a Content Operations Manager to lead broadcast content across metro, regional and network markets. You will work with the Head of Content Operations and fellow managers in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include coordinating scheduling, playout and asset management, building strong cross-team relationships, and helping improve processes and documentation. Experience with Zetta and GSelector, and a track record of developing others are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in broadcast audio operations across scheduling, logs, playout.
• Ability to support and develop other team members.
• Knowledge of scheduling and playout platforms (Zetta, GSelector).
• Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across metro, regional and network stations to keep content on-air.
• Assist with scheduling, playout and management of all broadcast assets.
• Support programming projects and initiatives across the business.
• Build strong relationships with programming, content and operational teams.
• Help improve processes, maintain documentation and support team capability.
• Monitor on-air content and troubleshoot scheduling or playout issues.
• Develop expertise in scheduling and playout systems, including Zetta and GSelector.
