Job summary

NPC Media in Sydney is seeking a Presentation Coordinator to operate our playout automation workflow and ensure air transmission runs smoothly across Australia.

You will liaise with live studios, prepare daily playlists, and manage schedules using Imagine D-Series and VIZ graphics, working in a 24/7 roster as part of an agile, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience with playout automation systems.
• Knowledge of D-Series Device Automation and VIZ graphics.
• Familiarity with broadcaster codes of practice and closed captioning regulations.
• Ability to work in an agile team and meet tight deadlines.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Presentation Coordinator, you will work with the latest television transmission automation technology and contribute towards seamless broadcast to audiences all around Australia. You will liaise with broadcast clients to ensure schedules and playlists are accurate, content is appropriate and transmission of content to air runs smoothly.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with playout automation systems, such as Imagine D-Series Device Automation and VIZ graphics.
• Understanding of the Code of Practices for Television Broadcasters and Closed Captioning legislation.
• Experience working within an agile team environment.
• Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines.
