Compass Group is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for our Accenture CCX sites in Brisbane, Queensland. The role reports to the Workplace Experience Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional service across the office operation at two Brisbane CBD locations, Eagle Street and Creek Street.

The position is part-time (fixed term) or casual, with a brand-new CCX site and a corporate office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar role/industry or a strong customer service background.
• Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver exceptional service to the Client’s organization throughout the office operation.
• Assist and support deliverable services for the Client under the contract.
• Produce and manage reports on office work and facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall organization of reception, meeting rooms and common areas.

THE POSITION

• Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, this is a customer centric role that provides an exceptional level of service to the Client’s organization throughout the office operation
• The role is responsible for assisting and supporting the deliverable services for the Client in all aspects of the contract
• Responsible for various reporting of office work and facilities
• Always ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office including reception, meeting rooms and general common areas

THE PERSON

• Experience in similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background
• Ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, vendors, landlords and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function under pressure
• Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
