Job summary

Randstad Australia is partnering with a national builder to appoint a Project Manager based in Brisbane. You will lead end-to-end delivery on large and diverse projects, driving program scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance.

You will manage design teams, coordinate procurement, and report progress to clients and stakeholders. The role offers strong career progression, a stable pipeline, and exposure to multi-million dollar projects across Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering new build projects in Australia for head contractor
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience coordinating design teams and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Lead the project life cycle from tender handover to practical completion
• Develop and manage baseline programs with critical path focus
• Implement and monitor Project Quality Plans (PQP) to meet NCC and client requirements
• Oversee cost control, value engineering, and budget forecasting
• Coordinate procurement and trade package negotiations to mitigate risk
