Job summary

Randstad Recruitment is partnered with a Queensland Government department to manage the design through delivery of civil transport infrastructure projects in Brisbane. The Senior Project Manager will oversee planning, design and construction, ensuring budgets, schedules and quality targets are met.

The role requires a tertiary Engineering qualification, a white card, and a current driver’s licence. Proficiency in MS Project and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or tertiary qualification in Engineering is required.
• Experience managing large civil transport projects and programs.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, design and construction of civil transport infrastructure.
• Land acquisition and statutory processes.
• Complex contract negotiation and service level agreement management.
• Strategic asset management and infrastructure policy development.
• High-level stakeholder coordination with internal and external partners.
• Lead project teams and mentor staff to deliver programs on time and within budget.
