Job summary

Randstad is seeking a driven Project Manager to join a nationally award-winning D&C Head Contractor in a high-growth phase. You will own Tier 1–3 commercial projects up to $20M, lead an onsite team, and report directly to the Managing Director to ensure delivery to an award-winning standard.

This role requires proven experience managing Head Contractor projects in Australia, strong stakeholder management, and excellent budgeting and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Head Contractor commercial projects within Australia.
• Strong planning, organisational and budget-reporting skills.
• Exceptional communication and ability to build rapport with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End delivery: manage projects from $400k to $20M on time and on budget.
• Stakeholder management: liaise with subcontractors, authorities, and clients.
• Project governance: oversee site setup, budgeting, reporting and handover.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to onsite regulations and safety standards.
