Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join the Rail Division in Brisbane. You will support the Senior Project Manager and delivery teams, coordinating project administration, procurement, logistics, and financial processes across major rail projects.

This fast-paced role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with site and office stakeholders. Previous construction industry experience and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or similar.
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• 2-5+ years of administration experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
• Proven experience supporting multi-disciplinary project teams and handling timesheet, docket, or financial administration
• Experience using EDMS tools (SharePoint, Aconex) and ERP/financial software (SAP, Jobpac)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project administration activities to support the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, process receipting activities, and maintain accurate financial and project records.
• Coordinate training bookings, workforce onboarding requirements, and site access accreditations.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and vehicle bookings for project personnel as required.
• Procure and coordinate materials, consumables, and other project-related resources to support operational needs.
• Maintain project documentation within the EDMS, ensuring records and reports are managed accurately.
• Assist with workforce resourcing allocations and provide admin support to project teams.
• Support timesheet coordination, mobilisation requirements, and workforce record maintenance.
