Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a leading international access and parking technology business to recruit a Project Coordinator for Queensland. This 12-month contract offers opportunities for permanency as the organisation expands through acquisitions and digital innovation.

Based in Brisbane, you will coordinate projects from planning through to installation and handover, gaining hands-on experience and ongoing training while working with project managers and technical specialists.

Formación

• A degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication with customers, contractors and internal teams.
• An interest in hardware, software and digital solutions, with a willingness to learn.
• Practical problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.
• Willingness to travel interstate approximately 30% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project schedules, procurement, equipment deliveries and resources.
• Work closely with project managers, technical specialists, customers and contractors to meet project milestones.
• Assist with site activities, onsite problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
• Support installation, testing and commissioning of technology solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, including checklists, test results, design updates and handover records.
• Track project progress, communicate updates and escalate issues appropriately.
• Help resolve defects and facilitate final site sign-off.
• Support purchase orders, contractor invoices and milestone billing.
