Thales Group in Brisbane is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide PMO support and project administration for the Protected Vehicles team. You will coordinate deliverables, maintain documentation, and support reporting and governance activities to enable successful project delivery.

The role involves arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and liaising with stakeholders, with regular interstate travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration, PMO support, business administration or a similar coordination role within a complex operational environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and deliver outcomes to tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with experience supporting reporting, dashboards and document management activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, combined with a proactive, customer-focused approach and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide project coordination and administrative support across bid and project activities, ensuring key deliverables, reporting cycles and project commitments are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support the development and maintenance of project management frameworks, documentation and repositories, including project records, correspondence, schedules and governance artefacts.
• Assist Project and Program Managers with internal and external reporting, dashboard preparation, meeting coordination, action tracking and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate project logistics including travel arrangements, customer visits, procurement activities, purchase requisitions and general PMO support to enable successful project delivery.
• This role will require regular interstate travel (at least once a month)
