You will join the Quality & Curriculum team to inspire, mentor and grow the capability of centre teams, partnering closely with Queensland network leaders to turn priorities into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have experience mentoring or coaching educational leaders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to design and deliver practical strategies to lift centre outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and uplift practice: Coach Educational Leaders and Centre Leadership Teams through regular in-centre visits and practical strategies.
• Bring Thrive and To BE Me to life: Help teams embed Guardian programs in meaningful, practical ways.
• Drive quality improvement: Deliver professional learning, tools and resources to strengthen pedagogy.
• Lead with care and influence: Build trusted relationships and support sustainable change across stakeholders.
