Bluebeam, Inc. in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Manager, Inside Sales to lead a team of SDRs and ISRs focused on new and renewal revenue. The role requires 5+ years in software/SaaS sales and 3+ years of team leadership, with a hybrid Brisbane-based office presence.

You will partner with Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, and Legal to guide purchases of Bluebeam products and services, while maintaining a robust pipeline and engaging senior decision makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or SaaS sales experience selling to SMB & Enterprise.
• 3+ years of team leadership or management experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quota in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline of 4X quota, and ability to engage C-level decision makers.
• Experience selling into the AECO market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow business in designated region.
• Ensure 100% of annual quota is attained or exceeded.
• Professionally develop and mentor team members.
• Effectively negotiate value-based agreements with all customers.
• Partner with internal teams to guide customers through purchases.
• Provide feedback to senior leadership on market trends and opportunities.
