The role requires a solicitor qualified in England & Wales with at least 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing, strong client care, and excellent organizational skills. The firm offers a competitive salary and a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle residential sales, purchases, transfers of equity and related matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships and regular updates throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate with Head of Department to support firm growth and service delivery.
