Job summary

You will be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ years PQE, expert in property law, and able to work independently with strong client care and attention to detail. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' PQE in property law.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold matters.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate.
