Job summary

Ferrovial Services Australia seeks a skilled maintenance professional to oversee highway structure upkeep, including bridges, culverts, and related systems. The role requires performing repairs, managing equipment, and ensuring safety alongside a delivery-focused team.

You will be required to work from heights, operate large trucks, and participate in after-hours emergency rotations to keep critical infrastructure safe and functional. This is a field-based position serving the Sydney area.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of construction, maintenance and repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• CDL/DOT/Electrical/Welding certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair highway structures including concrete, structural steel, welding, expansion joints, carpentry and painting.
• Create safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T.) control by setup and removal of traffic controls devices including cones, message/arrow boards, temporary signage, etc.
