Job summary

Abbtf is seeking passionate individuals to begin a bricklaying apprenticeship across Noarlunga, Plympton, Glenelg, Christies Beach and nearby areas. Earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised apprenticeship in bricklaying.

You will work with experienced tradespeople to learn mixing mortar, brick and block laying, and site safety. We encourage applicants under 21 and permanent residents to apply.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in learning the bricklaying trade.
• Hard-working, reliable and willing to learn.
• Construction Industry (White Card) or willingness to obtain one, and a valid driver’s licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix mortar and handle bricks and blocks.
• Prepare materials, tools and work areas.
• Learn brick and block laying techniques.
• Follow WHS procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
