Job summary

The Brickmen is seeking a Bricklayer to join the Riverwood, NSW team. You will construct brick, block, and stonework in line with architectural plans and maintain high safety and quality standards.

The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with salary between AU$75,000 and AU$85,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience. You will plan, measure, and lay materials, ensuring accurate finishes, alignment, and structural integrity on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Certificate III in Bricklaying plus minimum 1 year’ relevant work experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years’ relevant work experience may substitute the formal qualification.

Responsibilities

• Planning, measuring, and laying bricks, blocks, and stonework according to architectural plans.
• Achieving high-quality finishes with consistent joints, mortar, and alignment.
• Installing and aligning door/window frames, lintels, flashings, and other structural components.
• Maintaining site safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and equipment.
