Job summary

Stone & Wood Brewery in Murwillumbah, part of Lion, is seeking a Brewing Area Leader (Internal Job Title: Brewing Leader) to directly impact the brewing process and lead two teams of shift brewers toward high performance. You will report to the Brewery Manager and own people, safety and quality within the area, fostering continuous improvement through 5S and TPM and delivering production targets.

• Experience leading brewing or manufacturing teams.

• Drive 5S and TPM to improve production performance.
• Own budgeting, cost management, and capital planning for the area.
