Job summary

The Crafty Pint is seeking a Brewing Leader at our Geelong brewery site. You will oversee brewing, cellars and White Rabbit operations, guiding a team of eight direct and six indirect reports to deliver high quality beer and strong performance.

Reporting to the Brewery Manager, you will drive safety, continuous improvement and efficient production, while building a collaborative, capable team and a safer, smarter operation in a renowned craft brewery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in brewing, manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset.
• Familiar with safety, quality and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary team of leaders and operators.
• Champion a proactive safety culture focused on risk identification and safe ways of working.
• Ensure brewing, cellars and White Rabbit operations meet quality, environmental and compliance standards.
• Deliver production targets, DIFOT and equipment performance while improving waste and inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lion’s operating system and structured problem solving.
• Support budget, labour, materials, chemical and capital planning.
