Little Miss Sunshine Bistro & Brewery in Brisbane seeks an experienced brewer to lead production, educate the team, and act as an ambassador for our beer brands. You will play a key role in starting a nano brewery, shaping the tap lineup, and delivering a distinct Brisbane-crafted taste.

The role is hands-on, requiring strong brewing knowledge, product innovation, and passion for quality. We offer a dynamic, fun work culture with staff meals, coffee, and staff discounts across venues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on brewing experience in a microbrewery.
• Strong knowledge of brewing software for production runs.
• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance.
• Excellent project management and troubleshooting skills.
• Capability to innovate new products.
• Experience supporting marketing with activations and promotions.
• Commitment to OH&S and environmental sustainability.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on brewing responsibilities on production line.
• Serve as brand ambassador and educate team.
• Perform daily CIP and general cleaning.
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues.
• Manage cellar operations and stock control.
• Deliver outstanding customer-facing service.

NowOpen and taking Brisbane by storm, LMS is on the hunt for a stand out brewer who can be a bit of an ambassador for our beer brands. Through educating our team and hosting brewing & tasting sessions with our key customers, we need someone with a real flair for brewing, who knows what it takes to kick start a micro style brewery whilst creating a taste that is distinctively Brisbane. With a fun fit out and a kick-arse crew at the helm, LMS is the CBD’s first & only nano brewery, boasting a great tap lineup of & a bit of a bougee bistro menu to boot.
