KBR is seeking a Breathing Systems Engineer to provide specialist engineering support for breathing systems, hyperbaric equipment and charging facilities in a permanent full-time role based in Sydney. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work with stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, eligibility for Chartered Engineer, and Defence/ITAR clearance eligibility, including Baseline clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in regulated technical environments.
• Eligibility for Chartered Engineer and AEO delegation.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency with Defence clearance eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist systems engineering for breathing systems, hyperbaric equipment, and charging facilities.
• Lead engineering support and change activities per plans and standards.
• Manage requirements, integration, verification, and certification activities.
• Provide technical oversight and risk-based engineering governance.
• Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments and design evaluations.
• Support configuration management, safety, certification and governance.
• Review contractor deliverables to ensure quality and value.
