Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lennons Restaurant in Brisbane is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to provide attentive, friendly service during breakfast and lunch shifts. You will work in a fast-paced team, learn our beverage and food offerings, upsell where appropriate, and help create memorable guest experiences.

A valid RSA certificate and Australian work rights are required; Hyatt offers accommodation benefits and a supportive, inclusive hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• RSA certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• High grooming standards.
• Previous F&B experience is advantageous.
• Experience with Infrasys is advantageous.
• Legal working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalised service and make every guest feel welcome.
• Work efficiently in a busy service environment, supporting the team to deliver a smooth, positive guest experience.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns where possible, escalating issues when needed.
• Deliver courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
• Complete the opening and closing procedures for your outlet and rostered shift.
• Build a strong knowledge of our food, beverage and related services so you can make recommendations, suggest pairings, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
