As part of a renowned hotel group, you will work on buffet and à la carte breakfast, maintaining mise en place, stock rotation and proper storage of foods, while liaising with front-of-house

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in a similar position within the hospitality/hotel industry.
• Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for buffet and a la carte breakfast.
• Ensure stock rotation and minimum wastage.
• Prepares and ensures mise en place.
• Check all cooked and pre cooked foods are stored correctly.
• Liase with front of house team.
