Job summary

Accor is seeking a friendly breakfast attendant in Adelaide to greet guests, assist with menu inquiries and ensure a safe, clean breakfast service. The role requires awareness of food safety and allergies, with responsibility for a designated breakfast station.

You'll contribute to smooth hotel operations with attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Accor values guest service and a proactive approach in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Awareness of food safety practices preferred.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and assist with breakfast menu enquiries.
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Food Safety Program (allergies and dietary requirements).
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times.
• Maintain clean and neat presentation of breakfast area(s) following opening/closing and daily procedures.
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
