Ellar Boutique, a luxury gift‑giving company, is seeking a Branding and Production Assistant to join our team. You will help with branding gift boxes and engraving boards, handle order fulfillment, and assist in the production process.

This casual role may become permanent for a committed candidate, with negotiable hours around 30–38 per week, early start times, and the ability to be part‑time or full‑time. The environment is friendly and supportive with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Canva or Photoshop is an advantage.
• Experience in printing/warehouse/production environment preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with Shopify and Asana is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with branding and engraving on our large format printer and engraver
• Help pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist in the production process, including assembling and packaging bespoke gifts
• Maintain a clean and organised production area
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflow
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organising incoming inventory
• Ensure all products are labelled and stored correctly
• Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor
