Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or related field.
• 5-8 years' experience in communications, brand, PR or marketing in start-up/scale-up.
• Experience in biotech, deep-tech or innovation-led industries is highly regarded.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging content.
• Strong stakeholder management across media, industry, government, partners and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with digital marketing, social media, design, video and analytics tools.
• Proactive, collaborative and hands-on communication style.
